No-Till Gardening for a Resilient Future
A workshop with Gardening for the Future!
If you have been wanting to dive deeper into the miracles and mechanics of no-till farming and climate-resilient gardening, this class is for you! If you are feeling overwhelmed in the face of climate change and want to find a way to feel connected to others and to the earth, this class is for you!
The class will be taught through our partnership with Gardening for the Future, an educational gardening company, run by friend-of-the-farm Rose! Rose teaches people the skills they need to grow food in the face of climate change through the lens of building social and environmental resilience in this ever-changing world. Astarte CSA members get priority registration!
WHEN: One class monthly from February through October at Astarte Farm in Hadley, MA. If you are interested in joining this class after it has begun, you can join for a prorated cost!
WHAT: Participants will learn everything from garden planning and seed ordering, to seed saving and putting a garden to bed for the year.
